Project Overview
This project involved the construction and installation of a custom mudroom built-in, designed to provide organized storage and a functional entryway solution. To begin, the structure was framed and positioned to align with the surrounding walls and existing trim. Then, the lower bench and open storage compartments were assembled and secured, creating a durable seating surface and space for shoes or baskets.
As the work continued, the tall side panels and upper sections were installed, ensuring clean vertical alignment and consistent spacing. Additionally, the slatted upper detail was integrated to add depth and visual structure while maintaining a uniform look. Finally, each component was checked for level, fit, and finish, resulting in a cohesive and well-constructed mudroom built-in.
